SUMMARY:

The P.M. Runner is responsible for all of the guest’s requests that are communicated by the front desk staff.  They must keep all hallways clean and clear.  They supply the swimming pool and Waterpark with clean pool towels and remove all dirty ones.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must answer all calls communicated by the front desk staff. (Take guests extra ex: pillows, blankets, towels, etc. )
• Complete the runners log and turn it in at the end of the night.
• Must use proper radio etiquette.
• Make sure that all Runner supply areas are properly stocked at the beginning and ending of their shift.
• Ensure that all rollaway beds are made and pillows are cased at the beginning of the shift.
• Check the Bay every 45 minutes to see if they need fresh towels and remove the soiled ones.
• Check West pool every 45 minutes to see if they need fresh towels and remove the soiled ones.
• Ensure that all housekeeping boxes for room attendants supplies are stocked 
• Perform other tasks or help in other areas when there are no calls to answer.
• General security and afterhour maintenance requirements as well.
• Turn in all keys and radios at the end of the shift.
• Other duties as assigned.
